Open the Tasks tab and tap + New Task. Under Schedule, choose Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Days-of-Week. Pick your day/date and the task will auto-generate future instances. You can also tell Bob: "Create a monthly task to review my finances on the 1st" and he'll set it up.

Snoozing only affects the single instance you snoozed — future occurrences are not changed. If instances seem missing, pull down to refresh on the Tasks or Schedule screen. If the issue persists, go to Settings → Back Up to iCloud (to save your data), then force-quit and relaunch the app.

On the Schedule tab, tap the task instance for that specific day to open Task Detail. You'll see the date card with a reminder time showing "tap to change" — tap it to open the time picker and set a one-off time for that instance only. Other instances are unaffected.

Go to the Tasks tab, find the task, and swipe left on it to reveal the Delete option. For recurring tasks this removes the entire series and all future instances. To remove only a single day's instance, open Task Detail and hold-press the date card, then confirm removal.

Check two things: 1) Make sure the notification toggle is on for the task — open the task, tap the bell toggle to enable it. 2) Make sure iOS notifications are enabled for TaskPopup in Settings → Notifications → TaskPopup → Allow Notifications. These action buttons appear when you long-press or swipe down on a TaskPopup notification to expand it. If they're still missing, go to Settings → Notifications → TaskPopup and make sure notification style is set to Banners or Alerts (not None). Then force-quit and relaunch the app to re-register notification categories.

Go to Settings → iCloud Backup inside TaskPopup. Tap Back Up to iCloud to save all tasks and categories to your iCloud account. To restore (e.g. after reinstalling or on a new iPhone), tap Restore from iCloud. You must be signed into the same Apple ID on both devices.

Always back up first before uninstalling (Settings → Back Up to iCloud). Local storage is wiped when you delete the app. After reinstalling, go to Settings → iCloud Backup → Restore from iCloud to get everything back.

You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period. QuadBuzz LLC cannot process refunds directly — contact Apple Support for billing issues.
